PROCESS CONTROL
To ensure that the parts fully conform to the customer's requirements, we strictly follow the quality control process and perform quality control on all products according to the following steps:
Raw material control
To ensure that the materials conform to the standards, all raw materials are purchased from authorized manufacturers and formal material certificates are provided.
In-process inspection.
Every product must undergo First Article Inspection (FAL), process inspection, and finished product inspection, especially the First Article Inspection (FAL) requires confirmation from the quality department supervisor.
Warehouse inspection
Products must be inspected and accepted before they can be stored in the warehouse. Only products that have passed the inspection can be stored in the warehouse.
Shipping Inspection
Before shipment, inspection will be carried out again and the results will be recorded. A shipping report will be attached to the goods, and only qualified products will be released for shipment.

Coordinate Measuring Machine(CMM)
Coordinate Measuring Machine(CMM) mainly refers to an instrument that measures by taking three-dimensional points. The main principle is: the object to be measured is placed in the three-dimensional measurement space, the coordinate position of each measuring point on the object to be measured can be obtained, and the geometric size, shape and position of the object to be measured can be calculated based on the spatial coordinate values of these points. It is suitable for accurately measuring the size, angle, shape and position of various workpieces, as well as various parameters of threaded parts. It is currently widely used for quality inspection and comparison of mechanical parts, precision molds, precision manufacturing, precision spare parts, etc.the accuracy can reach 0.0002mm
Projector measuring instrument
Projector measuring instrument combines high-resolution optical lens projection imaging with computer calculation to obtain the actual size of an object. It is used to measure positions or sizes that are not easily measured by conventional measuring tools, such as small positions, angles, or small defects on the surface of observed parts.the accuracy can reach 0.02mm
Altimeter
The working principle of the altimeter is based on high-precision sensor technology. Sensors sense small height changes, and after precise signal conversion, they are displayed in digital form, allowing surveyors to obtain accurate height of parts with a measurement accuracy of up to 0.002mm.
Other testing equipment
We are also equipped with a series of testing equipment, such as micrometers, calipers, hardness testers, needle gauges, as well as various thread plug gauges, ring gauges, etc. These devices have undergone annual calibration to ensure the accuracy of measuring equipment and tools, thereby ensuring the quality of our products.
